We want to inform you of an important upcoming change that may impact your ability to qualify for an FHA (Federal Housing Administration) loan—commonly used by first-time homebuyers due to its low down payment options.

Effective May 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will implement new residency requirements for FHA loans. After this date, FHA loans will no longer be available to non-permanent resident aliens. To qualify, borrowers must provide proof of permanent residency.

If you currently qualify under a Visa, DACA, or EAD status and are planning to use an FHA loan, it is critical to act now before these changes take effect.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible to learn more and ensure your eligibility under the current guidelines.

We’re here to support you every step of the way and help secure your home financing before the deadline.
